Ride report 9th May

Good turnout on what was a testing day weather and route wise, both routes headed out the same way short route split after Croxden with a testing climb up to Hollington, longer route riders continued on battling the headwind all the way to Stafford where we finally turned back and had the pleasure of a tail wind, cafe stop at the Canalside Great Haywood was a welcome refuel before heading home.

Just the one puncture today  🙄 special mention for new rider Steve Ford who had never ridden 65mls before today, great effort Steve on what was a “Grippy” route 😀
