A Route, 52 miles, 2559 ft elevation, heads out via Hulland – Markeaton – Mickleover – Findern – Willington – Hatton – Marchington – Uttoxeter – Denstone, Cafe stop here at 45 mile point – however for those wishing to stop sooner there is the Salt Box or Nose Bag at the earlier 29 mile point, – Ellastone – Clifton

B Route, 40.7 miles, 2184 ft elevation, heading out Wyaston-Alkmonton-Long Lane-Hilton-Hatton- Sudbury-Denstone – cafe stop here at 35 mile point or if preferred sooner then stop at Nose Bag or Salt Box at the 21 mile point – Sides Lane, Clifton, Ashbourne

C Route, 24.2 miles, 1775 ft elevation, heading out Dobbin Horse Lane or if preferred you could go out via cycle path along housing estate, Yeavley, Alkmonton, Boylestone, Rocester, Denstone – tea stop at 16.5 mile point, Sides Lane, Ashbourne
