AGM date – Tuesday Evening, 11th July

Hi folks, 

ACC AGM will be on the evening of Tuesday 11th July.  Venue and time to be confirmed soon so meanwhile please pencil this date in your diaries if you’d like to come along.

You will have the chance to help us decide if we are going to continue with a club committee and if we are, then to vote on who that will be.  We have so far had some continued offers of help on this and some of new helpers. If you feel you would like to take a more active role in the running of your club then do come along  – it would be much appreciated. 

Main items up for discussion will be Committee Roles, Club Kit, Website, Club Challenge Ride, Club funds.

However if you’re not in a position to help at present but would still like to contribute with your thoughts/ideas and votes then do come along anyhow – everybody is welcome 🙂
