Fancy justifying the August Bank Holiday indulgence of food and alcohol?
Why not try this local event. 5km run – 20km bike ride – 5km run. All taking place on a safe circuit, easy parking and friendly event.
I know that there are some runners in our club so come on don’t be shy! Last year there was one competitor from ACC who did very well.
Alternatively you could do this as a relay, find someone who is willing to do the two runs and then you bomb round Darley Moor 8 times on the bike – that’s what I am doing.
