Kettlercise

Now the dark nights are here and there is less opportunity to ride, why not give Kettlercise a go on Monday evenings from 7 to 8 pm at the Empire. Kettlercise is an all over body work out but specifically good for core strength. A strong core is fundamental part of bike riding. While the lower body pushes the power through the pedals it is the core that keeps the body stable in the saddle. Alex Gillions runs the sessions which comprise a warm up, 40 minutes of non-stop exercise in one minute segments followed by a warm down. Come and give it a go, throw some shapes and rediscover your abs!! 🙂 I can highly recommend it.
