A Route, approx avg speed 17/18 mph, distance 60 miles, 3,450 ft elevation, out from Belper to Borrowash, tea stop at Collyer’s nursery (bring a fiver), back via Weston on Trent, Wilington, Hatton.
B Route, approx avg speed 14/15 mph, 40.7 miles, 2184 ft (65.6 km, 666m), Wyaston, Yeaveley, Alkmonton, Long Lane, Dalbury, Etwall, Hilton, Hatton, Scropton, Sudbury – tea stop at Sweet Little Cafe , Doveridge, Waldley, Denstone, Norbury, Clifton
C Route – approx average speed 10 mph, 21 miles long, 1800 ft elevation, heads out along Mayfield Road, Watery Lane, Sidesmill Lane, Roston, Rocester, Croxden, Denstone (cafe stop at Denstone Tearooms), Norbury, Clifton.
